Why CHIP

Ashley grew up in an impoverished household, raised by a single mother with limited access to many different resources, including a stable home life and health care. Because of this early childhood trauma, Ashley understands first hand the necessity of helping parents through the early years of childhood, making sure they have access to equitable health care and resources.
