                                          BI-LINGUAL FAMILY CASE MANAGER

CHIP is looking for a compassionate Family Case Manager eager to support families and promote self-sufficiency.  As a home visiting program serving pregnant women and families with children from birth to kindergarten entry, we are looking for someone who can build strong relationships, identify and support client strengths and truly impact lives.  Responsibilities include completing home visits, providing developmental, parenting and safety education, supporting families in goal setting and achievement and connecting families with community resources.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the human services field, preferably in case management or home visiting, reliable personal transportation with a clean driving record (0 or + points) and the ability to pass a background check.

We are offering a full time position with flexible hours, the opportunity for hybrid work (after initial orientation period), comprehensive benefits including insurance and paid time off.
