Do you have a desire to support families in our community?  CHIP of the Roanoke Valley is a home visiting program caring for pregnant women and families with children ages 0-5.  We are searching for a candidate who will create meaningful relationships with our clients to build on their strengths and create a difference in their lives.  Job duties include: home visits, prenatal/parenting education, developmental assessments and providing resources to families.  If you are interested in being a part of a culturally sensitive team that will help a family create meaningful change in their lives, then we would love to speak with you!

Minimum Requirements:

FT COMMUNITY HEALTH NURSE

Join our team at CHIP of the Roanoke Valley and make a real difference in our community! We’re looking for a compassionate nurse eager to support families and promote self-sufficiency. As a home visiting program serving pregnant women and families with children from birth to kindergarten entry, we need someone who can build strong relationships, leverage client strengths, and truly impact lives.

Responsibilities include conducting home visits, providing health education, and assessing various aspects of family well-being.  Must be a registered nurse licensed to work in Virginia, have reliable personal transportation, and the ability to pass a background check.
