Child Health Investment Partnership of Roanoke Valley is incredibly grateful for the outpouring of holiday donations and volunteer hours to benefit our families. Thanks to the generosity of Nabisco/Women Sales Council and Mondelez International, Carilion’s Maternal Child and Labor and Delivery units, and St. John Lutheran Church, 36 of our enrolled families received Thanksgiving baskets! Our staff and a board member along with family and friends volunteered their time to deliver the baskets over the weekend. Those who delivered the baskets found that the joy and excitement of the children and the deep appreciation of the parents made us all even more appreciative of our food donors. We appreciates the support and wants to give a big THANK YOU to St. John Lutheran Church, Carilion’s Maternal Child and Labor and Delivery unit, and Nabisco/Women Sales Council and Mondelez International for their generosity and kindness!
